Elderly Man Beaten After Road Rage Incident

Popularly known as road rage, aggressive driving is one of the biggest threats on the road. Not only is the aggressive driver negligent, but they could potentially cause serious injury or death.

A Northern California man has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and felony elder abuse after he allegedly beat up an 83-year-old man in what police described as a “road rage rampage.”

When we think of road rage, we think of cars cutting off other cars, drivers flipping off other drivers, people honking, cars zigzagging. However, one curious case of two drivers can change that image. On a bright afternoon of Tuesday, June 12, two men were videotaped beating up another driver who had supposedly cut them off. Another motorist had stopped by the Interstate 5 freeway in Los Angeles to video the ordeal on his phone.
