Students Walking to Fullerton High Hit by Cars

Two students who were walking to Fullerton Union High School this morning were struck and injured by cars, The Orange County Register Reports.

Around 7:10 a.m. on September 8, 2011, two vehicles crashed at Pomona and Chapman avenues, according to Fullerton police. Lt. John Siko states two vehicles collided, and the force of the crash propelled one or both of the cars into the two students. The Register reports that one of the students hit the windshield of one of the cars, a Kia Spectra. Lt. Siko said the students had minor and moderate injuries as a result of the accident.
